All internal and external valve components have been made in the UK, ensuring top quality, and offering a valve with faster response times and longer service intervals
The piston valve uses heat stabilised Viton O-rings
Lubricated with high temperature Mobil1 grease to ensure a long life with minimal wear and very long service intervals
A super durable and responsive aluminium piston
Fully serviceable and rebuildable with our valve service kit in minutes
Available in anodised Black
Unlike other valves on the market, ours produces no check engine lights (EML)
Covered by the unique Forge Lifetime Warranty*

We manufacture a wide range of Forge performance parts with customers aftermarket requirements in mind such as this Forge blow off valve.

Our uprated Forge dump valve for the Peugeot 308 GTI has been expertly manufactured and designed in the UK, meaning we can provide the industry leading valve for your vehicle. Specifically designed for the Peugeot 308 GTI, this is a fully atmospheric blow off valve, so you can enjoy that fantastic “pshh” sound! This part replaces OEM part number 9808798580

Our alternative to the OEM is a fully engineered solution offering significantly improved reliability. Our valve is piston based with no diaphragm to fail, all aluminium valve construction. It replaces the original unit with a pressure/vacuum operated piston valve that still also retains the desirable OEM ECU control over valve actuation. Furthermore, heavier springs are available and are easy to swap in to suit your tuning needs if you add more power to your vehicle.
